Group Training

The Room ADL Fitness delivers tailored small group training over the course of 12-week blocks that allow you to see progression as your fitness evolves. Our workouts cater to all fitness levels and are particularly welcomed by those who have reached their limit at more traditional gyms. You can join at anytime during the 12-week block whether you are new to fitness or an elite athlete.

Personal Training

The Room ADL Fitness also offers one-on-one personal training for those looking to improve their technique, push themselves even further and smash their fitness goals. We take the time to tailor each session to your individual needs and fitness level. We will review your fitness goals regularly to ensure you are reaching your maximum training potential.
